We want you to love your Luxury Minute watch. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your watch, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and accessories included.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for return. We'll review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
CUSTOM BUILDS
Because every custom build is made to your exact specifications, custom watches are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective. If your custom build arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost under our warranty.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
RETURN SHIPPING
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different watch, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
