Every Luxury Minute timepiece is backed by our 1-year limited warranty, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
WHAT'S COVERED
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement, case, dial, and hands for one year from the date of delivery. This includes issues such as:
— Movement failure under normal use
— Defective components (hands, dial, bezel)
— Bracelet link or clasp defects
— Case or crystal defects present at delivery
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
The warranty does not cover:
— Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs)
— Water damage (our watches are splash-resistant only — not for swimming or diving)
— Damage from accidents, drops, or misuse
— Unauthorized repairs or modifications made after delivery
— Loss or theft
— Crystal damage from impact
— Battery replacement (our watches use automatic movements, no battery required)
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if possible. We'll review your claim within 24 hours and provide instructions.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
If your warranty claim is approved, we will repair the watch at no charge. If the issue cannot be repaired, we will replace the watch with the same or an equivalent model.
SHIPPING FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS
Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to us. Return shipping of the repaired or replaced watch is covered by Luxury Minute.
AFTER THE WARRANTY
If your watch needs service outside of the 1-year warranty period, contact us — we offer paid repair services and can often source replacement parts.
CARING FOR YOUR WATCH
To keep your timepiece in great condition: avoid submerging in water, keep away from magnetic fields, wind the crown gently, and wipe with a soft cloth after wearing.
